mapeka or masasamba ?
we say mapeka solo or solo ya mapeka
to say "stinking armpits" or "the odor of the armpits", although...
mapeka = shoulders and armpits = masasamba
so why not say masasamba ya solo or solo ya masasamba ?
in fact, originally we said : solo ya nse ya mapeka (the smell from under the shoulders),
but since lingala speakers love to abbreviate, it became
solo ya mapeka
